Section 22-133-117 - Procedures governing the participation of the Department of Agriculture in the National Interstate Milk Shippers Conference(a) The following are incorporated by reference. Pasteurized Milk Ordinance Procedures Governing the Cooperative State-Public Health Service/Food and Drug Administration Program of the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments, Recommendations of the United States Public Health Service/Food and Drug Administration, as amended from time to time.(b) The commissioner of agriculture may appoint a designated agent from the department, knowledgeable in both public health matters and the production, processing and handling of milk and milk products, to attend the meetings of the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments.
