Section 22-324-D6 - Candling and transfer room: Cleanliness(a) Candling and transfer rooms shall be kept clean and free from cobwebs, dust, objectionable odors and excess packing materials.(b) Floors, benches and conveyors shall be cleaned as often as necessary to maintain a clean operation but at least once daily.(c) Mechanical candling machines shall be maintained in a clean condition during operations.(d) Containers for trash and inedible eggs shall be removed from the candling room as often as necessary but at least once daily and shall be cleaned and treated in such a manner as will avoid off odors or objectionable conditions in the plant.Conn.
