Section 21a-408-46 - Dispensary facility employee training. Employee records(a) A dispensary facility shall provide to each dispensary facility employee, prior to the employee commencing work at the dispensary facility, at a minimum, training in the following: (1) The proper use of security measures and controls that have been adopted for the prevention of diversion, theft or loss of marijuana;(2) Procedures and instructions for responding to an emergency; and(3) State and federal statutes and regulations regarding patient confidentiality.(b) Each dispensary facility shall maintain and make available in accordance with section 21a-408-72 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, a training record for each dispensary facility employee. Such record shall include, at a minimum, documentation of all required training, including: (1) The name of the person receiving the training;(2) The dates of the training;(3) A general description of the topics covered;(4) The name of the person supervising the training; and(5) The signatures of the person receiving the training and the dispensary facility manager.Conn.
