Section 21a-408-42 - Responsibilities of dispensary facility manager(a) A dispensary facility shall employ the dispensary facility manager at the dispensary facility for at least thirty-five hours per week, except as otherwise authorized by the commissioner.(b) No person shall be a dispensary facility manager for more than one dispensary facility at a time.(c) The dispensary facility manager shall be responsible for ensuring that: (1) Dispensary technicians are registered and properly trained;(2) All record-retention requirements are met;(3) All requirements for the physical security of marijuana are met;(4) The dispensary facility has appropriate pharmaceutical reference materials to ensure that marijuana can be properly dispensed;(5) The following items are conspicuously posted in the dispensary department in a location and in a manner so as to be clearly and readily identifiable to qualifying patients and primary caregivers: (A) Dispensary facility license;(B) The name of the dispensary facility manager; and(C) The price of all marijuana products offered by the dispensary facility as identified by their registered brand name as set forth in section 21a-408-61 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies; and(6) Any other filings or notifications required to be made on behalf of the dispensary facility as set forth in sections 21a-408-1 to 21a-408-72, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, are completed.Conn.
