Section 21a-408-10 - Precautions for preventing the loss, theft or misuse of marijuana by patients and caregivers(a) Qualifying patients and primary caregivers marijuana in a secure location to prevent theft, loss or access by unauthorized persons.(b) Qualifying patients and primary caregivers shall carry their registration certificate with them whenever they are in possession of marijuana.Conn.
