Section 20-196-7-1 - Additional requirements for primary enclosures housing cats(a) In all enclosures having a solid floor, sufficient clean litter shall be provided to contain excreta. (b) Each primary enclosure housing more than one cat shall be provided with a solid resting surface or surfaces which shall be of adequate size to hold all the occupants of the primary enclosure at the same time comfortably.
