For purposes of sections 20-328-1a to 20-328-18a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, the definitions set forth in sections 20-311, 20-329a, and 20-329cc of the Connecticut General Statutes shall apply. In addition, the following terms have the meanings indicated:
(1) "Licensee" means "real estate licensee" as said term is defined in section 20-311 of the Connecticut General Statutes.(2) "Net listing" means a listing contract in which the broker receives as a commission all excess moneys over and above the minimum sales price agreed upon by the broker and seller;(3) "Salesperson" or "Real estate salesperson" means "real estate salesperson" as said term is defined in section 20-311 of the Connecticut General Statutes; and(4) "Advertising" means all forms of identification, representation, promotion and solicitation disseminated in any manner and by any means of communication to the public for any purpose related to engaging in the real estate business.Conn.
