Section 20-328-17a - Records(a) All schools conducting approved courses shall keep and retain complete records of student attendance, grades and evidence of course completion in electronic format for a period of at least three years after the completion of each course, and such records shall be produced electronically for inspection by the department upon request. Upon satisfactory completion of any approved course, a certificate, as prescribed by the commission, shall be furnished by the school to the student.(b) Following the three-year period of record retention, the burden of proof of completion of each approved course shall be upon the licensee.Conn.
