Section 19a-36-A61 - Proficiency testing(a) An environmental laboratory shall enroll in a proficiency testing program approved by the department.(b) An environmental laboratory shall successfully participate in an approved program for each analyte or test for which it has approval.(c) The proficiency testing samples shall be examined or tested with the environmental laboratory's regular workload by personnel who routinely perform the testing in the environmental laboratory, using methods approved by the department.Conn.
