Section 19a-401-3 - Qualifications of staff(a)Chief Medical Examiner. The chief medical examiner shall meet all qualifications as specified in section 19a-404 of the Connecticut General Statutes and shall be certified by the American Board of Pathology in forensic pathology.(b)Deputy Chief Medical Examiner. The deputy chief medical examiner shall meet all of the qualifications required for the chief medical examiner in subsection (a) of this section.(c)Associate Medical Examiners. Associate medical examiners shall meet all qualifications as specified in the State of Connecticut job specification, "Associate Medical Examiner."Conn. Agencies Regs. § 19a-401-3
