Section 19-25a-3 - [Repealed effective 10/1/2025] Registration fee. State owned devices exempted(a) The registrant shall pay a registration fee at the time of registration. The registration fee shall be thirty dollars for each x-ray device registered. X-ray devices owned by the state shall be registered but shall be exempt from payment of fee.Conn.
