Section 19-13-B23 - Keeping of animals(a) No pigsty shall be built or maintained on marshy ground or land subject to overflow, nor within three hundred feet of any inhabited house or public meeting house upon property other than that of the proprietor of the pigsty.(b) The carcass of any dead animal not killed for food shall be removed and disposed of within twenty-four hours after death by burial, incineration or other method approved by the local director of health.Conn.
