Section 17b-653-3 - Administration(a)Designated State Unit. The designated state unit to administer this plan shall be the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services of the state Department of Social Services.(b)Staffing. The designated State unit shall have a full-time director and a staff, all or almost all of whom are employed full time on the rehabilitation work of the designated state unit.Conn.
