Section 17a-11-22 - Party and intervenor status in voluntary services hearings(a) Parties to the Voluntary Services Hearing shall be the parent or guardian of a child under the age of fourteen or a child or youth over the age of fourteen and the department. Parties may be represented by an attorney.(b) The parents or guardians of a child or youth age fourteen years or older may request to intervene in any voluntary services hearing concerning the child or youth. Any such request shall be made in writing and sent to the manager of the administrative hearings unit.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 17a-11-22
