Section 17a-126-7 - Monthly payment(a) The monthly subsidy payment on behalf of the child payable to the subsidized guardian shall be equal to the prevailing foster care rate as adjusted based on the asset test of the child as prescribed in section 17a-126-6 of the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.(b) Payments of less than the full cost of foster maintenance care may be made if the relative caregiver indicates that a lesser amount would be adequate to provide for the care of the child.Conn.
