Section 17a-126-1 - Scope of regulations

Sections 17a-126-1 through 17a-126-23, inclusive, of the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies apply to a program of subsidized guardianship for the benefit of children who:

(1) are in the care or custody of the department;

(2) are living with relative caregivers; and,

(3) have been in foster care for not less than eighteen (18) months; pursuant to section 7 of Public Act 97-272 as amended by Public Act 98-1 of the June Special Session.
