Section 17a-636-1 - Definitions(a) The following definitions shall apply to sections 17a-636-1 to 17a-636-5, inclusive: (1) "Category of Personal Data" means the classifications of personal information set forth in the Personal Data Act, Connecticut General Statutes section 4-190(9).(2) "Commission" means the Connecticut Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission.(3) "Other Data" means any information which because of name, identification number, mark or description can be readily associated with a particular person.(4) "Patient/Client" means any individual who is receiving treatment or services or who has received treatment or services in any facility operated by the Connecticut Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission either directly or under contract, or who has requested information regarding treatment or services. State employees receiving services from the Employee Assistance Program are considered clients of the Commission.(b) Definitions contained in Connecticut General Statutes section 4-190 shall apply to sections 17a-636-1 to 17a-636-5, inclusive.Conn.
