Section 17a-227-37 - Contract conclusion(a) Upon conclusion of the contract or more frequently if required by the contract, the contractor shall report to the department on forms provided by the department on the expenditure of funds and programmatic outcomes.(b) The commissioner shall ensure that all payments made pursuant to the contract have been properly expended and shall recoup any payments improperly expended.(c) The contractor shall maintain all records pertaining to this contract for a period of three years and provide the department access to such records upon request.Conn.
