Section 17a-581-45 - Decision(a) A quorum of the Board shall be present and voting for the purpose of rendering a decision.(b) A majority of concurring votes (affirmative or negative) is required to make a Board decision.(c) Any Board member not present for the hearing may participate and vote on the decision after stating that he has read the entire hearing transcript and all hearing exhibits.Conn.
