Section 17-210a-30 - Record

The record in a contested case shall include:

(1) all motions, applications, petitions, complaints, responding pleadings, bills of particulars, notices of hearing, and intermediate rulings;

(2) the evidence received and considered by the commissioner;

(3) questions and offers of proof, objections, and the presiding officer's rulings thereof during the hearing;

(4) the decision, opinion or report by the presiding officer to the commissioner.
