Section 17-210a-6 - Effect of filing; public records(a) The filing with the department of any complaint, application, petition or other request of any nature whatsoever shall not relieve any person of the obligation to comply with any statute of the state of Connecticut or any regulation or order of the department.(b) Any complaint, application, petition or other request of any nature whatsoever filed with the department shall be considered public records of the department.Conn.
