Section 17-603-10 - Maintaining and reinstating benefits(a) The Department shall not terminate or reduce the aggrieved person's assistance benefits until the fair hearing decision is rendered, if the fair hearing has been requested within the ten (10) day notice period as stated in subsection (b) of Section 17-603-2 of these regulations.(b) If the fair hearing decision reinstates the aggrieved person's benefits, said benefits may be retroactive to the date of discontinuance.Conn.
