Section 17-311-169 - Self-pay charges for newly constructed or acquired facilities(a) Self-pay charges for newly constructed or acquired facilities shall be established in accordance with section 17-311-161 on the basis of the State rates for such facilities determined in accordance with section 17-311-55 of the regulations governing state agencies. Any facility which does not serve state patients must nevertheless provide the Commissioner with the necessary data to determine state rates, so that the state rates can be used as the basis for determining self-pay charges.(b) At such time as the state rates for a facility are changed, the self-pay charges shall also be redetermined in accordance with section 17-311-161.Conn.
