Section 16a-41-36 - Limits of assistance(a) This is not an entitlement program.(b) Weatherization benefits shall be subject to the availability of funds.(c) Weatherization assistance for applicant households shall not exceed $750.00 for materials. A waiver must be approved by the Commissioner or his designee for work on heating systems, for single family owner occupied dwelling units that require additional materials beyond the $750.00 limit. Waivers will be required in writing by the service provider agency's energy coordinator prior to work started on a unit.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16a-41-36
