Section 16-304-F23 - Application for identification stampsA carrier may obtain identification stamps by:
(1) Furnishing the information required on the application form prescribed by the commission and paying the statutory charge therefor; and by(2) having on file with the commission satisfactory evidence of insurance coverage as prescribed by the commission's rules and regulations. In addition to the requirements of subdivisions (1) and (2), each intrastate carrier shall have on file with the commission its current schedule of rates and charges as prescribed by statute and by the commission's regulations.Conn.
