Section 16-11-30 - Information to customers(a) Every gas company shall, upon request, give its customers such information as is reasonable in order that the customers may secure safe, adequate and proper service, and inform customers as to how meters may be read; and it shall render its customers reasonable assistance in securing appliances properly adapted and readjusted to the service furnished.(b) Every gas company shall, upon request, render a statement of the past readings of a customer's meter for any period not necessarily in excess of fifteen months.Conn.
