Section 16-11-116 - Establishment of delivery point(a) Every electric company shall establish each point of delivery as an independent customer and shall calculate the amount of the bill accordingly. Any other arrangement shall require prior approval of the commission.(b) Service to a room or group of rooms which regularly separate cooking facilities shall be considered as service to a separate apartment for metering and billing purposes.Conn.
