Section 16-11-104 - Information to customers(a) Every electric company shall, upon request, give its customers such information as is reasonable, in order that customers may secure safe, adequate and proper service.(b) Every electric company shall, upon request, render a statement of the past readings of a customer's meter for any period not in excess of fifteen months.Conn.
