Section 16-11-102 - Accidents(a) Every utility shall use every effort to properly warn and protect the public from danger and shall exercise all possible care to reduce the hazard to which employees, customers and others may be subjected by reason of its equipment and facilities.(b) Every utility shall make available to the commission all records, data, reports and statements of employees and shall assist the commission in promptly examining into the causes of and the circumstances connected with each accident which is the subject of commission investigation.Conn.
