The Authority shall make available for public inspection all files, records, documents and other materials within its possession and not exempt from disclosure by statute. Disclosure shall be made pursuant to Section 16-2-22 of these regulations. The executive secretary's staff is responsibile for the dissemination of public records in accordance with Chapter 3 of the General Statutes.
