Section 16-331a-9 - Determination of average number of subscribers per MVPD within a franchise area(a) The average number of subscribers per MVPD within a franchise area shall be determined on a quarterly basis. For purposes of calculating the amount of community access support due on the first business day of each calendar quarter (beginning January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1), the number of subscribers of an MVPD operating within a franchise area shall be the average number of subscribers during the preceding quarter.(b) The amount attributable to subscribers connected to a video dialtone platform shall be based on the average number of end-user premises connected to the platform which purchased programming from one or more video information providers over that platform.Conn.
