Section 15-41-25 - Temporary licenseA temporary license, not to exceed the time set forth therein, may be issued to permit commercial operations from a restricted landing area, subject to the following requirements:
(1) That application for the license has been filed with the department at least seven days prior to the date the applicant wishes to use the field;(2) that such application is accompanied by a fee of ten dollars;(3) that such field is of such size and nature, in the opinion of the department, as to be safe for use by the type of aircraft that will be used in the operation.Conn.
