Section 14-21j-2 - Design of number plates(a) The Amistad commemorative number plate shall be of a design to enhance public awareness of the 1839 uprising against the crew of the Spanish slave schooner, The Amistad.(b) The Amistad commemorative number plate shall be of a design determined by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.Conn.
