Section 14-78-44 - Driver examinations(a) A student who wishes to take his or her driving test using a motor vehicle owned or leased by a licensed commercial driving school shall schedule such driving test in the manner prescribed by the commissioner.(b) Each commercial driving school shall properly prepare its students for the driving test administered by the department by appropriately teaching all elements of safe driving. Failure of a driving school to properly prepare its students, as determined at the commissioner's discretion, may be grounds for suspension of its license in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 of the Connecticut General Statutes.Conn.
