Section 14-78-27 - Revocation or suspension of license; civil penalty(a) The commissioner may suspend or revoke a commercial driving school license or impose a civil penalty for any violation of any state or federal law that is reasonably related to the conduct of driving schools.(b) A person whose commercial driving school license has been revoked or suspended or whose application or application for renewal has been denied, may request a hearing. Such hearing shall be scheduled promptly, and shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 of the Connecticut General Statutes and sections 14-137-36 to 14-137-39, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.Conn.
