Section 14-227b-27 - Restoration fee. Removal of name from suspension files(a) No restoration fee shall be required for the reinstatement of an operator's license or privilege in accordance with section 14-227b-25 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.(b) The department shall remove from its suspension files the name of any person whose operator's license is to be reinstated in accordance with section 14-227b-25 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.Conn.
