Section 13b-96-11 - Proper conduct(a) No certificate holder, taxicab driver or employee shall verbally threaten or attempt to intimidate any state employee or official for actions taken in the enforcement of the laws of the state of Connecticut.(b) Certificate holders and drivers shall, at all times, cooperate with law enforcement officers and authorized representatives of the commissioner, and shall comply with all reasonable requests, including but not limited to giving their name, the company name, their driver's license number and exhibiting trip sheets or other documents in their possession.Conn.
