Section 13b-354a-2 - Delivery of correspondence(a) All mailings made in accordance with Sec. 3 of Public Act 89-372 and these regulations shall be by certified mail, return receipt requested.(b) Department of Transportation copies of all correspondence shall be mailed to the Director of Rail Operations, Department of Transportation, 24 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, Connecticut 06109.Conn.
