Section 13b-17-103a - Construction and amendment

Sections 13b-17-100 a through 13b-17-152a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Con-necticut State Agencies shall be so construed by the commissioner so as to secure the just and speedy determination of the issues presented in hearings and proceedings.
