Section 12-303-1 - Affixing of stamps by dealer(a) A dealer shall affix stamps to the bottom of each unstamped package of cigarettes.(b) A dealer shall cancel, in ink, the stamps with such dealer's license number.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 12-303-1
