Section 10-145d-614 - Certification through equivalency(a) Certification may be granted if an applicant presents a combination of education and experience which is determined by the Commissioner or the Commissioner's designee to be the equivalent of the experience and education required by the regulations applicable to the certificate for which application is made, and all other conditions are met.(b) The decision of the denial of certification through equivalency by the Commissioner or the Commissioner's designee shall be final.Conn.
