Section 10-392-34 - Procedure after petition filed(a)Decision on petition. The executive director shall within thirty (30) days following receipt of the petition, deny the petition or initiate the regulation promulgation process.(b)Procedure on denial. If the executive director denies the petition, the petitioner shall be given written notice stating the reasons for the denial based upon the facts and argument submitted with the petition and upon such additional facts and arguments as the commission's executive director may deem appropriate.Conn.
