Section 10-293-21 - Contents of the record in a contested caseThe record of a hearing in a contested case shall include:
(1) all motions, applications, petitions, complaints, responding pleadings, bills of particulars, notices of hearing, and intermediate rulings; (2) the evidence received and considered by the board; (3) questions and offers of proof, objections, and the presiding officer's rulings thereof during the hearing; and (4) the decision, opinion or report by the hearing officer to the board.Conn.
