Section 1-21j-6 - Administration(a) The commission shall designate an executive director and general counsel who shall be the chief executive, administrative and legal officer of the commission. The duly authorized and official documents of the commission of every description shall be signed on behalf of the commission by the chairman, executive director or such director's designee. The signature of the chairman, executive director or such director's designee shall be presumed to be duly authorized by the commission unless and until the contrary is demonstrated in any commission proceeding or hearing. The executive director shall keep and maintain in an accessible place all the public records of the commission.(b) The executive director shall designate a managing director and associate general counsel, and such other staff personnel of the commission as from time to time the executive director deems necessary. The managing director is authorized to exercise the powers of the executive director in the absence or disability of the executive director.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 1-21j-6
