Section 1-92-58 - Confidentiality of procedures

While an audit review is being conducted under section 1-96a(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes, neither the Office of State Ethics nor its staff shall disclose anything regarding the audit proceedings to any third party, except as is necessary to complete the audit.
