Section 1-81-2a - Electronic filing of statement(a) Any statement required pursuant to section 1-83(a) of the Connecticut General Statutes shall be filed with the Office of State Ethics electronically, provided the filer has previously submitted a properly completed Statement of Financial Interests Electronic Filing Authorization Form (ETH-4C) to the Office of State Ethics.(b) An individual with an approved ETH-4C Form on file with the Office of State Ethics will be deemed to have signed his or her statement, under penalty of false statement, when the individual: enters their assigned password to access the Office of State Ethics' filing program; completes the authorized name/certification section of the form; and electronically submits the filing to the Office of State Ethics.Conn.
