Section 4 CCR 904-3-5.01 - AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE
A. The statutory authority for the rules in Part 5 is C.R.S. §§ 6-1-108(1), 6-1-1306, and 6-1-1313. The purpose of this Part 5 is to provide technical and other specifications for Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms.
