This Rule is promulgated pursuant to 12-20-204, 12-135-103, and 12-135-401(6)(a), C.R.S.

A.Division. The Division of Professions and Occupations in the Department of Regulatory Agencies.

B.Director. The Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations in the Department of Regulatory Agencies.

C.Office. The Office of Funeral Home and Crematory Registration in the Division of Professions and Occupations.
