Section 4 CCR 723-2-2505 - Unbundling and Resale(a) As identified in rule 2008, the Commission incorporates by reference the regulations published in 47 C.F.R. 51.307 through 51.319.(b) Nothing in paragraph (a) shall be construed to limit the Commission's duties and responsibilities under § 40-15-503, C.R.S., et seq.(c) A detailed record of all requests for unbundling shall be documented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the change management process.
