Section 4 CCR 723-2-2102 - Application Procedures(a) The applicant shall submit filings in accordance with rule 1204 and any supporting documentation.(b) Rule 1206 shall apply to applications made pursuant to this rule, except that the Commission need only give notice by electronic posting on its website within seven days of receipt of an application for a CPCN or a LOR.
